Teuchi Soba Yamasato

Soba, which has a large temperature difference between day and night and is harvested in a cool climate, is said to have the best aroma, color and strength of soba. The grind of the buckwheat was also slowly ground with a stone mortar, and the fragrance and taste of the buckwheat were certainly delicious. The stock was also quite high. I got the weather, but I thought it was a little expensive at about 1700 yen, but I could not beat the taste. Recommended.

There is a country side soba with plenty of traditional rice noodle and skins.Twenty-eight buckwheat noodle was smooth, but it was buckwheat noodles.The rural side had a slightly rough feeling on the surface, but the scent was better than the side with 28 but also it was very tasty here.

The atmosphere and the taste of the soba were good too.
